When I go to my account to delete a form it doesn't show tools like suggested in your QA sections…?

When I go to my account to delete a form it doesn't show tools like suggested in your QA sections…?

You have to be signed onto your 2016 account and continue the 2016 tax return by clicking on the large Orange button Take me to my return.  The options under My Account will then be available.

You have to be signed onto your 2016 account and continue the 2016 tax return by clicking on the large Orange button Take me to my return.  The options under My Account will then be available.
