You have to be signed onto your 2016 account and continue the 2016 tax return by clicking on the large Orange button Take me to my return. The options under My Account will then be available.

I entered my bank info and all to pay my taxes already paid for the turbo tax product as well but when I click continue won’t let me sign and finish my return
