When I finish filing the taxes it only displays a white screen and nothing is happing, what can i do?

After I validate my driver license information, to e-file it just displays a white screen and nothing is happening, I tried using chrome, brave and microsoft edge.

Clearing your Cache and Cookies
Using a different browser
Opening an Incognito Window

I entered an adjusted 1098 dividing all the numbers by 2 because I have a two-family building but it's displaying the full amount on my deductions. Does anyone know why?
