When I filed my return, I requested payment plans, but now I can pay it all at once. Can I just use the IRS website to pay it, or do I have to fix my voucher and pay with a check?

Yes, you can make your payment on the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/

Click the Make a Payment box.
