When I click on "Update" for car registration fees all I get is a blank page, nothing will display

Initially I went past the car registration fee section because I didn't have the info. Went back to add the info later and when I click on update all that displays is a blank screen. Went into the forms view and added the data there thinking that might cause the "Update" button to display the appropriate info. It did not. I have completed the "Federal Review" and even though the values on the forms don't match what's on the "Deductions and Credits" entry page (zero since I cant get back to it) the review shows no errors. I have tried the search, Jump To Link function and get he same result...a blank page. After closing the program and restarting I got the same result. After closing the program again and restarting the info on the "Deductions and Credits" page is correct, but when I click on "Update" i still only get a blank page.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates. You can also try a different browser.

Other:  (If a Windows computer)

IS this the Desktop or "Online" software????

IF Desktop software....

1) waiting windows OS updates have been known to block some TTX functions.  Make sure all Windows OS Updates are fully installed and you've rebooted.

2)  It can also sometimes help to rt-click on the TTX desktop icon, and select "Run As Administrator".

3) Could be too many other things running at once?  Perhaps other programs using up too much system memory?  Yeah, some pages can take longer to load than expected.  Sit a few minutes and see if the page ever loads?
