When filling my taxes I did not use extra product nor owe this company this is a free website so please remove all fees from my refund or I will be suing

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons     (BEFORE you e-file) :

• Remove Premium Services
• Remove MAX Defend & Restore
• Remove a state
• Remove PLUS Help & Support
• Remove Pay With Your Refund

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

No this company false advertisement, and steal your money. I was told, even though I did not use the service which was a live agent. I still have to pay for it. This company been sued in the past for this same reason, taking people money, and I will be suing them as well. This is ridiculous
