When a farm is also your home and a home-business, why do I have to re-enter expenses twice. Why doesn't turbo tax automatically fill in the blanks on farm income from home-business income. Would save some time.

Self-Employment activity and Farming are reported on different forms in your personal Form 1040 tax return. For this reason, you must allocate your shared expenses yourself and enter them into the appropriate topic in TurboTax. Sharing expenses between Schedule C and Schedule F is extremely rare for most taxpayers.
So why can't TURBOTAX at least pop some of the numbers in for you on the 2nd required form?
