For billing assistance, please contact TurboTax and speak with an agent. TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

1. Click on this link: Contact Us
2. Select your TurboTax platform.  
3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
4. Click Submit.
5. On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions.  You will be given the approximate wait time.  

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

I already filed my iwn taxes. I no longer need you to file for me. However will this be saved in case i am incorrect. I cannot afford the 80 dollars either. My apologies

I doubt that this is a community solvable issue.  I ran into a lot of trouble filing this year's taxes last night and at one point I was confronted with a screen asking me to order TurboTax, which I already had for 2019.  I clicked yes and then realized I might have just ordered a second copy, which I certainly don't need.  But perhaps I was signing up for the 2020 edition.  So I just decided to wait and see.

What type of payment?  TurboTax account fees you owe?  Federal taxes you owe?  State taxes you owe?

I saw where places such as turbo tax intuit did peoples taxes and set uo diff bank acct where their stimulus check was deposited and the never received any of the money and nothing could be done. Beware
