I doubt that this is a community solvable issue. I ran into a lot of trouble filing this year's taxes last night and at one point I was confronted with a screen asking me to order TurboTax, which I already had for 2019. I clicked yes and then realized I might have just ordered a second copy, which I certainly don't need. But perhaps I was signing up for the 2020 edition. So I just decided to wait and see.
