What version of Turbo Tax do I need to use that'll enable me to use a T1170 form?

Is that a state form?  I don't see it listed in the IRS.  Or are you doing a Canada return?  This is the USA tax forum.

This is a Canadian tax form.

You need to make sure you are using TurboTax for Canada.
