What version of Safari do I need on my MacBook Pro to run TurboTax for 2023?

You mean next year's program for 2022.  Do you want to use the Online browser version or the Desktop CD/Download program?   Here are the Mac requirements.

The MAC requirements for the 2022 program have not been posted yet however if they follow the pattern  you will need Big Sur or better to run the downloaded program ... and if you cannot upgrade then you can still use the online version.
