When I was doing my state taxes, there was a portion that said I had to submit my LES to turbo tax for verification of my state withholdings. In that little section, it gave me a fax number, and an email address, but I didn't save the email address.
You would need to contact your state department of revenue for assistance. See the link below on how to do so.

Where do you find the Leave and Earnings Statement? I'm tryimg to complete my grandson's taxes and I need that document.
Thank you.
If your grandson was in the Military, just enter his W-2 in TurboTax. The 'Leave and Earnings Statement' is like a pay stub; just keep it for your records.
TurboTax does not require you to email an LES. If your state requires it, it should tell you in the State Interview.
Here's How to Contact your State Dept of Revenue.
