Why did I spend extra money for TurboTax live premium?
Premium is the online edition that is used when a filer has capital gains/losses (Schedule D), rental/royalty property (Schedule E), self-employed business (Schedule C), etc. The Online Deluxe and Free Edition cannot handle those types of income.
Live Premium is an upgrade from Premium that includes the Live feature (for an additional fee). The Live feature allows for on-demand help from a tax expert during return preparation and, if desired, a final review of the return prior to filing.
Did you already pay and file? If you haven't paid and filed, and if that feature hasn't been used, the Live feature can be removed prior to paying and filing. If you haven't paid, see this:

And did you end up in the Premium edition without any of the types of income I mentioned above? If so, if you haven't already registered/paid/filed, you could downgrade to a lower edition.
