What is the support email address??? This is complete BS. I PAID for premium help and can't email them. Does anybody know how I can email them? I don't have a phone now.

TurboTax does not provide support through email.

If you are unable to use phone support, you can contact a TurboTax Support agent directly through messaging at Facebook or Twitter for assistance.

When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters..  If you need more room, lower on the form you will come to another box with plenty of room to enter details.  This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.

You may be able to get an internet phone number that you can use.  Search the internet for how to do this and which are free
