What is a Support ID number? Where is it found?

I have the Premier edition, but I need help, and can'g find my Support ID number.

Not sure what number you are looking for.   Have you already contacted support about your return----did they give you some sort of case number?

Your post indicates that you are using the TurboTax Premier online edition, there is no Support ID required to access TurboTax support.
