what if wks - MFJ vs MFS

I need to compare MFJ and MFS. when i do this my wife's self-employment income isn’t included, and i don’t see where the refund / tax due for each of us is represented. What am I doing wrong?

Your wife's self-employment should show on line 12. If there is no number there or if it $0, you will need to check the Schedule C for  the amount on line 31. If it is a negative number and you checked the box that your investment is not at risk, you will see $0.

The result is on line 74. It says balance due, so if it is a negative number, that is the refund.
