What happened to the "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099" option?

Hello, I am looking for the "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099" section. I'm unable to find this section, I was able to for last years return. Can anyone help? Thanks

Yes, you can find the "Withholding not already entered..." topic in the "Deductions and Credits" section.  

1. Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"
2. "Show More"
3. "Start/Revisit" the "Income Taxes Paid" topic
4. There you will find "Withholding not already entered on a W2 or 1099"

Sorry, I don't see "show more" or "start/revisit".  Following another thread, which suggested "Estimates and Other Taxes paid" -> "Other income taxes" -> "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099", I end up with a relatively blank screen with no prompts.  There is a pull up icon, which opens a Tax Payment Worksheet.  It is unclear how to proceed from here.

My goal is to document a Maine Real Estate Withholding tax that was withheld during a house sale in 2022, which was a 1031 like-kind exchange and therefore tax exempt.  Any recommendations on how to proceed would be appreciated.  The TurboTax Maine package did not have much to offer and did not even query the house sale.

In NJ, those amounts are entered as Estimated Tax payments.
