What forms do I need to mail to PA after e-filing my state return?

There was a notice about a Sch document needed by PA to send in my 1099-R but I can’t find it. I e-filed but don’t know what else needs to be sent. Any suggestions?

Go to your print center and print the instructions for PA. In general, PA does require that you mail the 1099-R, but any other forms would be based on your return.
