I ran the audit risk checker and it told me I sold investments other than stock. But the problem is, I didn't sell any rental properties. I only did a refinance. Is refinance also counted as a sold investment?

No, refinancing a Rental Property is not considered the sale of an investment.
In your Federal return, go to Wages & Income > Investment Income > Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other and choose 'Update'.
At the page 'Here's all the investment accounts we have so far' look at the item(s) listed to see if one might be related to sale of an investment (stocks?).
Did you sell a second (or inherited) home? Crypto? A piece of land? A collectible?
OR, in FORMS mode, 'Open Form' Schedule D. Scroll down the form to look at entries there.
Since we can't see your return in this forum, if you can give more information we'll try to help.

Thank you. I didn't sell/purchase and land. As advised, I checked schedule D.
Here is what I see that have numbers:

Line 1b: totals for all transactions reported on form 8949)
Line 2: Totals for all transactions reported on Forms(s) 8949 with Box B checked
Line 4- C: Forms 6781, Gains and Losses from section 1256 contracts and straddles
Line 7: Net-Short term capital gain or loss
Part II:
Line 8b: Totals for all transactions reported on form 8949 with Box D checked
Line 9: Totals for all transactions reported on form 8949 with Box E checked
Line 11- D: Forms 6781, Gains and Losses from Section 1256 contracts and straddles
Line 13: Capital Gain distributions
Line 14 (negative number): Long-term capital loss carryover.
Line 15: Net long-term capital gain or loss
Part III
Line 16
Thank you!
Did you import financial transactions into TurboTax? If so, these may be populating your Capital Gains info on Schedule D.

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, when you open a Form (like Schedule D) you can use the magnifying glass on a field to drill down to the original entry.
If you can't resolve your issue, you can Contact TurboTax Help for more help.
Yes. I let TT imported some of the 1099-DIV and INT, and manually entered some when import doesn't work. The issue is, why it says I sold inverstment other than bond. That is very confusing to me
To follow-up on the comments from @MarilynG, it is not clear at this point why you are seeing the audit risk notice concerning the sale of investments other than stocks or bonds. Because you have no such investments on your return, at this point you can just disregard the notice you are seeing. The accuracy of your tax return is all that matters and if you have included everything that needs to be included and in the proper amounts, your return will be accurate.
