What does it mean when it says send a copy of your complete federal return

I got a letter from department of revenue it say i have 20 days to send a copy of my complete federal return?and submit proof of kansas withholding what does this mean im not understanding what they need and are asking?

Print out a copy of your federal return and mail it to them.  And include any W2s and 1099s that have Kansas witholding on them.  Like on a W2 state withholding is in box 17.

How to print.  And you should always print out a copy for yourself when you are done.  Then you will have your own printout to copy if anyone ever needs it like when you get a loan.
