WHAT DO I ENTER IF MY EMPLOYER IS A CHURCH AND THE EMPLYER'S STATE ID NUMBER IS "NONE"

You really do not need this number to file your tax return. Leave it blank and if that doesn't work you can enter the Federal ID number.
