What do I do if my state isn't listed in the option for state in box 15 on wages

If your state does not have an income tax. Leave boxes 15,16, & 17 BLANK, empty, no spaces.

I'm state does have taxes and it's filled in blank number 15 on my W2 but when filling it out my state is not an option to list

What state? If box 17 is 0 or empty then leave all boxes 15-17 Blank.
