You have to amend your 2023 tax return to add that W-2. You cannot wait and put a 2023 W-2 on a 2024 tax return. That is not allowed.

I'm from Argentina trying to fill a Utah tax refound. I'm not a resident from the USA but I worked there last winter season. Is there a special non-resident form?
