What are the laws that are affecting the ability to file a state tax return on Efile??

I was filing my returns but it says not ready yet for state, says they are updating because of law changes here in KY? Yet the form im filling out says available to efile in ky for this year.

IF you e-file now, your return will go into “pending” until the IRS starts to accept/reject returns in late January. You cannot make any changes while the return is on the server. The IRS will start to accept/reject 2024 e-files on January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
