I have three Wells Fargo Accounts, checking, saving and brokerage. When I download tax data through TurboTax, I only get data for my checking account. I've tried multiple times as well as separately downloading from "Wells Fargo Advisors", which is where the brokerage account is held. Wells Fargo Advisors does not recognize my username and password (although it will on an internet browser.
I tried calling Wells Fargo and they can't help with the problem, although they say they are having problems with Quicken linkages right now, which may be resolved in 24-48 hours.
Something is definitely wrong. I've been using Turbo Tax and Wells Fargo for more than a decade. It has been buggy in the past and I've been forced to manually enter data, which defeats the purpose both of Turbotax and Wells Fargo's online ambitions. Turbotax is the main tax program out there, and Wells Fargo is a major bank. What is the problem this year and why is this repeatedly a time wasting problem??? I also have accounts at Schwab and that has never been any kind of trouble.

I was able to get information from investment accounts to download automatically. It only worked when I had the Premier version of TurboTax, though. I suggest you keep trying. It does save a ton of hassle.
I tried to upload Saturday and received the message "there is nothing to import". However, today (Monday) the import went off without a hitch. Thank goodness.
