Website won't allow me to enter form k-1

I keep clicking on the Edit/Add button, select yes that I do need to enter a form, and it keeps just going back to the "Your Income" page without letting me enter it.  I've cleared my cache/cookies, still doesn't work.  I tried two different browsers, still doesn't work.

What form are you trying to enter?     Search for k-1 and use the jump to link.    You need Premium version to enter a K-1 if you are using TurboTax Online.

I do have Premium. It still doesn't work.

To enter a K-1 go to

Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business version)

Wages and Income

Scroll down to S-corps, Partnerships, and Trusts or to Business items

Schedules K-1, Q - Click the Start or Update button

Be sure to pick the right kind of K-1. There are 3 kinds, 1041, 1065 & 1120S

I did all of that (repeatedly).  It is not user error.  The website isn't working.  Again...

• I try to add a Schedule K-1 by clicking the "Edit/Add" button
• It asks "Did you receive any Schedules K-1?", and I click "Yes"
• It cycles for a couple of seconds and jumps back to the "Your Income" screen without letting me add it
• I have cleared my cache/cookies and it still doesn't work
• I have tried two different browsers and it still doesn't work
• I did upgrade to Premium, and it still doesn't work
