While installing we are stuck at "we're ready install turbotax"

Trying to install turbotax premier 2017 on laptop with windows 10 home we are stuck at "we're ready to install TurboTax.

not installing it

turbo tax will no install. getting hung up during install with

"please wait" then goes from 3% straight to 100%" then just stops.
