We had a problem while saving your return for filing

I got this error after i fixed a missing IP PIN issue. 

"Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
We had a problem while saving your return for filing. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service."

I have no Crypto Transactions whatsoever. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

I get the same error and customer service was really no help at all other than saying "would you want to paper file"... um no I wouldn't, what I'd like is for this to be corrected.  I didn't pay money to paper file.

This was resolved on March 15. 

Make sure you have ran all updates.
