My wife received two w2s from the school district where she works. One was the standard w2. A second one was distributed with the comment "$1805.58 sick leave wages subject to the $511 per day limit" How do I handle that income on my 2020 taxes?

You need to enter that as your standard W-2. The comment is informational and doesn't affect your taxes.
