W2 form issue

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with TurboTax 2025 Home & Business. I have completed the 2025 W-2 forms for my employees, yet the software continues to generate and print them on 2024 templates.

My software is fully updated, yet this critical function is failing. I encounter similar technical hurdles every year, and as a business owner, I cannot afford these delays when facing strict IRS deadlines. Due to the recurring unreliability of this product, I no longer have confidence in TurboTax and intend to switch to a competitor for my future tax needs.
