w2 and 1099

I did all of my w2 and 1099 in turbotax but I get a message that the forms are not ready yet. When will I be able to print out my employees w2 and 1099 for sub contractors??????

On wages&income page, for the "miscellaneous income, 1099-A, 1099-C" item, there's a dollar figure (thousands!). I want to know what that consists of but cannot find it.
