W-2 PDF upload hangs indefinitely on two separate browsers

Says "Scanning for viruses" with a green spinner. Never proceeds from there. I will hand-enter, but couldn't find another way to report a bug.

I don't need assistance and I don't want to talk to anyone. I want to report a clear and repeatable bug in the application. This should not be difficult or time consuming. You could even do it for me based on this discussion.
