USAA Credit Card Transactions not Updating on mint.com

I just canceled my account with Quicken Simplifi for the same reason. My credit card info hasn’t updated since October 4. I think the issue needs to be fixed by USAA.

Today is October 22, and I'm still having the same issue as the original post on September 16, that USAA credit card transactions are not loading into Mint.  I sent in help and feedback reports with both Mint and USAA.  The USAA rep said I could file a complaint be emailing [email address removed] - perhaps if enough of us do that, this issue will be escalated.

This is not just a MINT issue. I downloaded Mint because my credit card transactions for USAA stopped updating on my Quicken Simplifi account. Simplifi is not free so when it stopped working and the customer service department still had no info after 2 weeks, I canceled and decided to give this a try. Same problem.

I agree the problem is not just with Mint. I see the same thing with Fidelity's budgeting tool. I told USAA this multiple times. And reminded them when they told me to call Mint support during a recent call.

The folks at USAA that I've chatted with have said it was a USAA issue and they aren't sure when it would be resolved. In the meantime I've stopped using my USAA Visa.

I find it real interesting bluefin that you're getting a different response from USAA support then I got from USAA support.  The people I spoke with are still telling me that this is a Intuit issue and that USAA is not going to proceed with any additional research. That came directly from Thomas in the office of the CEO who works for director Spencer Hoffman who I've requested a phone call from because this issue has been completely mishandled by USAA web support in my opinion. I've provided technical support for over 25 years and USAA was one of our customers. I would have never provided the level of support that I've received during this issue. No callbacks from support, no status messages from escalation managers, no status from the office of the CEO representative Melinda who decided that this is an Intuit issue and USAA will do no further research on it. However when she made the decision that she is not going to communicate her findings to me and just close out the escalation.

I hope this is not indicative of how USAA plans to treat their customers, who have been loyal to them for over 34 years, in the future. 

I hope they fix the issue but I am losing faith after my 6 hours of calls with USAA on

the problem.

I can confirm this issue too. Mint is showing all of my other accounts except one credit card account. And unfortunately it’s the one card I use almost daily. Thank you to the unlucky people that weren’t able to fix the issue by deleting and re-adding USAA account. I’ve been using Mint for almost 7 years and do not want to erase my transaction history. This is a real bummer and hopefully Mint and USAA can fix the issue soon. USAA did implement a ton of updates in the last several weeks so I’m sure the issue is stemming from both sides

That is an excellent idea. Hit USAA where it hurts. I may try to use an alternate card until USAA resolves the issue. 6 weeks is a long time for no answers.

I am having the same issue but now all of my USAA credit cards are showing as inactive. All other USAA accounts are showing up fine. My husband is having the same issue.

Still having problems, downloading the USAA transactions to Mint , an another budget application. It has nothing to do with Mint and everything to do with USAA.   Hate to stop using USAA, I have been with them for years. But that may be the only solution since they are not able to come up with one. Margaret Murray.

USAA has not been able to fix this problem. I have been with him for many years but the only solution seems to be to go with a different credit card company. USAA has a problem downloading to Mint, but also to other budget applications. So sad they cannot seem to find an IT person to fix it.

At least Simplifi lets you manually import a CSV of transactions.  I can't find any similar feature in Mint.  Does anyone know if Mint supports importing a CSV?  I may switch to Simplifi just so I can have the import.

I just set up my Amazon Prime credit card to be shared with my wife.  That will be our new primary CC, since it uses Chase, and Chase has always worked great with Mint (don't even have to do the whole texting MFA thing with Chase, which is a huge win).

I left a comment on the USAA Community Page about the issues i was having, i pointed out that i will no longer use my USAA cards until the issue is resolved. Someone from USAA called me earlier today, i don't recall her title but i believe she was with customer outreach, she made it a point to say that her job was to make sure issues customers report get resolved. She asked me to explain the issues i was having to her so she could add it to the open case. She mentioned USAA is aware that this is an issue with their website after the updates and that they still do not have an estimate on when it will be fixed. But assured me this has been made a priority.

Still no date on when it will be fixed, but it at least seems they are now acknowledging the problem.

One thing i have noticed that i brought up with her, when i navigate to my credit card summary on the USAA website, it very briefly says 'Transaction history is not available to this user'. The page then refreshes and loads all my transactions. I do not know if there is significance to this, but perhaps it is a clue to resolving this issue.

Having the same issue.  I have other cc accounts and they work fine.  I bet is on the USAA side - USAA Bank has tons of issues.  I guess it's time to get rid of the USAA account.
