I left a comment on the USAA Community Page about the issues i was having, i pointed out that i will no longer use my USAA cards until the issue is resolved. Someone from USAA called me earlier today, i don't recall her title but i believe she was with customer outreach, she made it a point to say that her job was to make sure issues customers report get resolved. She asked me to explain the issues i was having to her so she could add it to the open case. She mentioned USAA is aware that this is an issue with their website after the updates and that they still do not have an estimate on when it will be fixed. But assured me this has been made a priority.

 

Still no date on when it will be fixed, but it at least seems they are now acknowledging the problem.

 

One thing i have noticed that i brought up with her, when i navigate to my credit card summary on the USAA website, it very briefly says 'Transaction history is not available to this user'. The page then refreshes and loads all my transactions. I do not know if there is significance to this, but perhaps it is a clue to resolving this issue.
