Did you buy the Desktop program and install it and activate it? Or are you asking about the Online web version? You seem to be using the Online version and not the actual program on your computer. Try using a different browser. Microsoft Edge has trouble downloading files from Turbo Tax. Log out of TurboTax, then switch browsers to Chrome or Firefox. If you have the Desktop program you don't need to be using a browser at all to work in the program.
I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ending up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. We can tell you how to switch to your program from online.
