updating wages and salaries

using turbo tax deluxe desktop version and there seems to be some glitch both uploading w-2 and with manually updating the data. I get a blank screen.

 This is a revision to my earlier answer. Some TurboTax Desktop customers are experiencing a blank page when they go to the Wages & Income screen. There is a signup link that is in this Turbo Tax link. 

Please select this link and select the box that says signin to get follow-up notifications.

need help:

This was a suggestion by our awesome Tax Champ @DoninGA and was successful.

See if this will help - Save your tax return.  Close the TurboTax program.

Right-click on the TurboTax 2021 icon on your computer screen.

Click on Run as Administrator

Start the TurboTax program and continue your tax return.  See if the problem has been resolved.
