Updating Payment for Advantage

Card Expired, so I have been trying to update.
I am living in Portugal, but have accounts in the US. I have now tried two different US accounts (1 credit, 1 debit) and one Portuguese account (debit). I keep getting a "Whoops!" message after inputting all the info (although in the case of the Portuguese bank, I cannot enter an address because there are only fields for US addresses). I am beyond frustrated.
