Updated form 3520 for 2023

The IRS website (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3520.pdf) does not have an updated form 3520 for 2022 but only 2021. will they be releasing one for 2023 ?

Not sure which ones you actually need.   The 2021 forms are the ones needed for the calendar year ending 2021.  The 2022 ones are still in draft mode, likely won't be finalized until sometime the next 2-4 months (perhaps actually in 2023, but we can't know exactly when)........and can be at least accessed in draft form at the link below:

And, of course, the 2023 ones won't be ready until late 2023, or early 2024
