Unable to input custom interest

Hi, Until 2019 I was able to input a custom amount for debt aquired prior to 12/15/2017. The interest portion for the 1Mil portion of my 1.25 Mil mortgage, is something I was able to put in manually. Now the form is so complicated that it is calculating credit incorrectly and does not allow me to add the custom amount corresponding to the 1 mil portion of mortgage. I had refinanced the loan this year and somehow forms are just taking inputs and not allowing that custom portion.
