Unable to fill in the boxes on the W-2 form on the Turbo Tax app when using a Surface

When using a Surface, I am unable to type in the boxes on the W-2 form.  I'm able to type in my employer's ID, but am unable to fill in any of the boxes after that once the form loads on my screen.  I tried calling support for assistance, but they did nothing to help except give me another download of Turbo Tax that still wouldn't let me type in my W-2 information.
