There could be a number of issues causing an installation problem.  It would be helpful if you could provide more information.

For example, you might describe which version of TurboTax you’re trying to install, whether you’re using Windows or Mac, and, if you’re using Windows, which version you have installed.

Should probably install both teh 32 bit and 64 bit versions
