I purchased my downloadable 2023 TT Deluxe software from Amazon. Like many customers I keep getting an error message when I try to download it. How do I fix this?

What error message? What browser are you using? Try downloading it in Chrome. It doesn't like Microsoft Edge. Did you buy the right download, Windows or Mac? Does your computer meet the requirements? They changed this year.

...and you are downloading it from the Amazon software site aren't you?
Resolved by calling Amazon. I had to clear all previous applications of TurboTax and sign into Intuit. Not as easy this year as putting in your purchase code.
What? That doesn't sound right. What previous Turbo Tax did you have to clear? From where? Like uninstall previous TT programs off your computer?
