Unable to amend 2021 return

I was able to amend my 2022 return no problem. However, when I go to amend my 2021 return, I keep getting the same error message : Hmm looks like we hit a snag in this section. 

It's not a browser or internet issue and it's been going on for two days now. Clearly a glitch that your engineering team needs to address. Your customer support has been useless as this is clearly a technical issue with the site. Please fix and please help!

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
