You appear to be using Live Premier. That Live feature is available
during business hours. 8AM-5PM Pacific, Monday-Friday. Is Live Premier what you used for your personal tax return?
In your other thread you mentioned the Business Edition. If your question is about the Business Edition, I'll also tell you how to reach general Customer Support, just in case, since it does not have the Live feature.
The
Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live
tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro. It also
includes a final review of your return, which they will sign, and continued tax help/advice during the year. Again, I'm not sure what they will say if your question is about the Business Edition, since it in itself does not have the Live feature. But hopefully they can help you with that, too.
