Turbotax states I am Logged in to a different account
I crashed my computer and completely rebuilt it. installing windows 11 completely wipes the registry, now turbotax premium thinks I am reinstalling it on a different (I guess it thinks someone else's) How can I fix this?

Yes, you should be able to download the software again if your computer crashed. See the TurboTax help article below for more information on how you would be able to download your software again if needed.
