I just purchased Turbo Tax Software Home & Business Desktop Edition on January 16, 2026 for $95.99 and now it is on sale for $75.99.  Can I get a refund for the difference?

Was it from Costco?  I see Coscto is now 75.99.  Shucks,  I bought H&B from Costco on 12/1/25 for $85.99.  Last year I couldn't find the January sale price at Costco so this year I bought it early.
