None of these suggestions worked for me. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE SOFTWARE GLITCH!!!

If you are having difficulty with a payment screen or other screen where the button you need is below the visible area:

 

Sometimes part of the screen isn't showing when you go from TurboTax for Mac to a payment screen. If possible, try adjusting the size of your screen or attach a different monitor if you encounter that issue.

 

You might try logging out and back in, and using a different browser to go online for the payment. Chrome generally works best.

 

Other Mac users have tried opening System Preferences to rotate the screen. Hold down the Command and Option keys and click Display to get the option to rotate the screen.

 

Others have been able to get to the offscreen content by hitting the Tab button until it appears. See this thread, or this one.

 

Please clarify if this is not the issue you are having.

So ... i am having the same/similar problem and spent an hour online w/support and no help.  (Using a new iMAC).  In my case, i can hit "Continue" to go and pay (for State filing) but get a pop-up with this:

 

" Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

Please try again or check back in a bit."

 

       The first time i tried, it had me log into my Intuit account then i got the message.  Now, I just get the message every attempt even though not logged on.  Have tried Admin but no change.  I am stuck w/the only option to mail in the state taxes.  Extremely dissatisfying.    DOES ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH IMAC AND KNOW HOW TO GET AROUND IT???

Have you tried disabling your antivirus or firewall software temporarily?  Also, you can check to make sure Popup's are not disabled.  Sometimes these software's can interview with the checkout process.
