TurboTax Premier - Won't Efile - Credit Card Payment Problem

Only the TurboTax Billing department can resolve a billing issue.  They are located in Mountain Time Zone and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain Time.  You need to call when they are open and the agent needs to dial the billing department to get the issue resolved.  The number is not published and an agent has to call with the information and stay on the call until they resolve it.

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I used the "pay by phone" option with tech support guiding me. It worked! It's not actually a billing problem, it's more of a software glitch that sees a billing issue where there isn't one. Using HELP on the upper left menu, has an option for pay by phone. Thanks again.

This was my own question and I wanted to mark it "resolved" but I don't see where I can do that. 

 

Using HELP on the upper left side of the screen offers "pay by phone" and it works well. Someone else suggested that in a post, but there are two places with "help" on the upper menu line.

I am having the same issue with virginia but have no clue if I have an invalid from or not as I only get the message Hmm..it looks like we've hit a slight snag. Please try again or check back in a bit. What a great error help message. I tried calling customer support and they guy took my email and phone number and after explaing the issue to him he ask I wait while he looked at something and then hung up or we got disconnected but he never called back. How hard can it be to take credit card information for a mere $25 filing fee! I will definitley using some other tax software next year!

It's absolutely crazy that this payment issue has existed for years and Intuit has done nothing. What corporate bonehead does not realize that the inability to get to the payment screen means Intuit is loosing money?

 

Also, why isn't there a Pay By Phone button on the screen that displays the "Whoops.." message. I had no awareness of a menu option to pay by phone. A button would have prevented my 3 calls and hours of tedious support.

 

I also noted that the glance code option is not available in all productions. S-Corp does not have it so how do agents provide support?

 

I also noted that there is not option to pay for Audit Defense or Expert Help by phone. All of these pay for services should be available in the menu.
