I need technical help. TurboTax keeps crashing when I try to start a new 2nd tax return. (Note: I have not completed the first one yet). I have already tried rebooting my PC and retried doing this a handful of times.

Haven't heard of that problem. Have you updated the program? Go up to Online-Check for Updates. Try updating a couple times to get them all. Also you might need to update your Windows system. That has been fixing things for people.
I have double checked both TurboTax and Windows for updates, but both are up to date. Just tried another reboot. TurboTax was the only app running, but still crashed when I tried to start a 2nd tax return.
