Turbotax online for 2017

I received a Turbotax Deluxe 2017 with Fed Efile & free Download Win/Mac CD-Rom in the mail, but my computer is a MacBook Air that can't use a CD Rom. I want to see if (a) I have paid up already for TurboTax Deluxe 2017 and (b) how I can access the online equivalents (when they are available) so I can file that way   

Is there a number I can call to find answers?

Are you on the Advantage plan?  You get both the CD and the Download for both Win & Mac…

As a courtesy to our CD customers, a download is also included as part of your purchase.  This means once the product does start to ship in November, instead of having to wait for your CD to arrive, you can download your copy right away to your computer.  Just log into your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads.  Just like the CD, which can be installed on supported Mac and Win operating systems, we include a download for both Mac and Win.

If you are an Advantage member (annual subscription), but don't find your complimentary download at the last link above, we can help you troubleshoot multiple accounts to find it.

.....BUT, for 2017....the Online software may be your only option if you don't have a MAC with at least OS X 10.11

Good point.  I didn't notice the user is using OS X 10.9.5, and can't install the 2017 desktop software on that computer.

If you've already paid, and your computer doesn't meet the requirements for the software, you can get a refund and use the Online version instead.
